Hello sir, Mere dhutane me acl sprain tha ab wah aapke bataye hua exersise se thik ho chuka hai But sir ab mere usi pai k hip me kamjori mahsus ho rha hai or chalte wakt pair chota bhi lag rha hai kya karu sir koi exersise ho to please bataye ?? Thanks ??
