    it will improve with exercises. You  can use some pressure or weight on the knee joint when sleeping on bed. You should also try to put some effort while walking and keep your knee straight. With this effort with in few months you will feel much better.

    it will need good exercises. You can use  some pressure on knee to make it staright. You can use this weight for making your knee straight. When you are walking try to keep your knee straight.
