Which implant is best for long lasting

I have seen your videos which are the best and great content.
My sister with 38 years had got parosteal osteosarcoma with suv value 15 on distal right femur.
Doctors here are suggesting for total knee replacement.
Could you please suggest the best implant for the same. (Stryker GMRS, Johnson & Johnson or any other).
