Hello sir, For how much time the knee stiffness & cracking sound will last for? Already completed year post op Acl surgery. Can you share any excercises to solve the knee stiffness issue? It would be of great help. Thanks in advance. Br, Aniket Utekar.

Mera Acl reconstruction + Partial menisectomy on lateral meniscus due to bucket handle tear which wasn't repairable  asa surgeon na bola. Acl reconstruction + Partial menisectomy ki vajah sa muja aga jaka problem to nhi ayegi na? 

Mujha bahot dar lag raha hain ki aage jake arthritis ka shikar na ban jau.

Mera age abhi 30 hain. Future main knee ka kuch problem to nhi hoga na sir?

Google aur youtube dono pa wohi bata raha hain so laga experts ki help lo.

Dimaag main fir wahi ghumta rahta hain sir aur confidence down hota hain.

Sir kuch tips bhi dedo aage problems sa bachna ka liya aur knee health acchi rakhna ka liya.

Physiotherapy kitna months continue karni hain post op?

Muscles abhibhi equal nahi as compared to other leg.

8 months ho gaya abhi operation ko.
