sir 10 moth phle muje knee twisting injury hui thi. bohot jagha diya kuch doctors ne operation ka bola par AIIMS ke doctor ne mana kar diya tha abhi 10 month baad bhi mere knee ke lateral side me pain rhta hai aur knee me sourness bhi aa jati hai. sath me mujhe grade 2 linear horizontal posterior horn medial Meniscus tear bhi hua tha. normal walking me mujhe koi instability nahi aati par dono thigh me bohot zyda muscle waisting hui hai jis se legs me weakness lagti hai.to kya mujhe surgery karwani chaiye yaa nahi
