Sir mai 26 sal ka hu,,, mujhe ek dr ne wrist me normal fracture btaya aur ek orthopedic surgeon Dr ne operation krna pdega bol rhe the lekin mere hat me moment Thik chl rhi lekin thoda hat mudne me problem aa rhi aur weight bhi dhire dhire utha pa rha hu ,,, pls sir kuch solution btayi kya kru ? ?,,, qki aage mera physical test bhi aa rha hai.
