Sir chondromalecia petela aur patellofemoral syndrom ek hi hota hai kya! Aur agar minuscus signal aur acl ke wjha se ye hota hai kya. Patell ke niche mai aur arround bhot pain hota hai aur bhari sa lgta hai knee, Wight nhi le pata.iska ilaj kya hai sir

Sir having minuscus ter in 1 grade and partial acl is this cure with physio or there is chance it will worse .how can I back to sport

Hello sir I am facing minuscus injury it's been 6 month,while wight bearings in gym in both knee,my right knee is heart a lot swaling as well pain is there inner side.Its seen in MRI grade 1 minuscus and grade 1 acl .shall I go for sergery? bcz it's been 6 month I am not able to do my normal work
