Hello sir I am facing minuscus injury it's been 6 month,while wight bearings in gym in both knee,my right knee is heart a lot swaling as well pain is there inner side.Its seen in MRI grade 1 minuscus and grade 1 acl .shall I go for sergery? bcz it's been 6 month I am not able to do my normal work

    Sir then what exactly treatment I am doing physiotherapy bt still it's paining just below to patella a lot as well when walking as well resting position swelling also there

    no there is no need of surgery for this. Grade 1 mensicus and ACL does  not need any surgery .
