Best screw for ACL is bio HA screw . This screw is bio screw and become bone in two to three years . This screw has given excellent results and this is one of the most popular and tried and tested technology.

Bio screw is made by many companies like smith and nephew , Arthrex and Mitek and so on . Some people think that internal brace can not be used with bio screw but it is not so . Internal brace is a tap like structure and it can be used with both bio screw and all inside methods.

in all inside methods we use endobutton on both side and so this does not dissolve and also visible in X-rays . All inside is a new technology and we do not recommend it at present .
