Hip fracture can be onf many types. Most of the time they are classified in two types. One is intertrocahntric fracture and other is neck femur fracture. In inter trochantric fracture most of the time bed rest is sufficient. If your ftracture is very bad then that time surgery is needed. You can plan treatment with your dr ou share x rays with us.
If your fracture is neck femur fracture then that time surery is must and there is non other treatment apart from that. Neck femur does not unite and most of the time patient need hip replacement surgeyr for it.
