Why?

I had my acl reconstruction and partial meniscotomy on March 26, 2022. I did all my exercises regularly and was recovering well. After 3.5 months of my surgery I went on a trip where I had to walk a lot including uphill and downhill surface. I also kneeled on soft surface. After coming back I felt a lot of pain in my leg muscles especially hamstrings and calf. Although I don't have pain in my knee and no instability I can walk normal and climb stairs. I also met my surgeon and he clinically examined my knee and said everything is fine. But this pain doesn't seem to improve it's already 1.5 months. Should I go for another mri? I'm really worried. Please suggest your opinion. I will be grateful to you. Thank you
