Mera do month pehle accident huaa thaa thaa mri karaya usme acl sprain aya thaa mere knee me running karne me koi dikkat nahi hai cricket bhi khel leta hu full effort se lekin sir mera vmo musacl week hai our knee me normal sa pain hota hai kabhi kabhi pattela ke upar mash fool gya hai sir mujhe qya karna chahiye

Hello sir I am Sagar my home is Bangladesh I got PCL ligament plus medial meniscus injury in 2014 at that time I was operation from Bangladesh.

I have been fine for the past nine years but some days my knees don't have the same strength as they used to but I can walk up the stairs without any problems. I can sit on the toilet and pray but no pain inside the knee joint but side pain sometimes and big toe pain a lot while walking what can I do now sir

What needs to be done sir

Had ACL reconstruction in 2016 recently got hurt again 1 month ago mri says graft degeneration / low to intermediate grade injury

लगभग 1 साल पहले चक्कर आने की वजह से मैं गिर गया था जिससे कंधे में चोट लग गई और कंधे में उभार भी आ गया| उस समय मैने ज़्यादा ध्यान नहीं दिया| वर्तमान में कंधे में दर्द रहता है और कंधे में जो उभार है उसे भी कम करवाना है| क्या इसका इलाज हो सकता है अगर हो सकता है तो कितना खर्चा आएगा| मै मेरठ जिले का निवासी हूं|
