Namaste sir ? Mera ACL surgery huya tha 02/07/24 by Bioscrew and tight rope and Arthroscopic Lavage on 10/07/24. Jis leg ka knee mein surgery huya hein uska muscles opposite leg se 3-4 inch kam ho gya. Abhee mein dhire dhire 4/5 km walking kar leta huin. But walking karte time fully weight de nehi pa raha huin, full weight dalnese esa feel ho raha ki koi nerve khich raha knee k aspas se aur dard ho raha hein, knee ka patella bhi thik se set nehi hein yesa feel ho raha. Aapka YouTube se dekhkar 2-3 months wala exercise start Kiya huin. Mein kitne dino mein proper painless walking kar payunga?? Iske liye kya karna padega?? yesa pain kisliye ho raha?? please tell me sir??
