Fibertape in acl surgery
Sir,my doctor has used 2 fibertapes with parenouslongous graft to reconstruct acl,will it be ok in future.please tell me sir.

Pain in knee during knee extensions after acl and meniscus surgery.
Respected sir,whenever I do extensions in gym with 2kg or 1kg Everytime cracking and popping sounds come from my knee.Sometimes a huge pain occurs on medial side after acl reconstruction and meniscus repair.sir is it a normal thing please tell.HUGE RESPECT SIR

Why mensicus is important sir ?
Mensicus give cushion to knee joint specially knee cartilage . You can not run or play sports if meniscus is torn and not it can cause knee cartilage damage . Meniscus tear also causes knee locking
