Small bony chip fracture in coronoid process of left uina on anterior aspect with mild anterior displacement of fractured fragment . Radial head shows simple fracture on antero - lateral aspect . Moderate soft tissue swelling seen around left elbow joint ; otherwise unremarkable study .
