Kaafi time se shoulder dislocate Ki problem se pareshan hun and mera left shoulder Aur chest right Ke mukaable down hai aur mujhe kaafi time se shoulder dislocate hone ki problem hai to kya ye baar baar shoulder dislocate hone ki wajah se hai, and is there any treatment to cure it completely ??

What is my problem.

Multifocal osteochondral injury at medial condyle of tibia and intercondylar eminence.
Meniscal cyst abutting posterior horn of medial meniscus.
Mild interstitial tear of ACL.
Sir what is my problem,can you plz tell me.My age is 22.Is this serious problem.I have pain in my knee.
