Mera ghutno me tibia facture huyatha ... operation ka 2.5 mahine chalraha hai.... 2 palate laga huya hai.. ghutno ki dono ghao acchi tara che sukh gaya .lekin bij me jo chira tha usme infection hogaya...to Keya isme tention bali bad hai keya.. antibiotic teblet khane ki bad hi infection kam na horaha hai...Keya karna chahiye sir please help me ??
