What is preferable plaster here, plaster,k-wire or plate

I met with an accident in 2021 n got tibia n femer bone open fractured n operated . Nailing was done at ISEC at delhi, I had to undergone resurgery bone grafting n plate implanted in March 2023. Now I want to take some suggestion from you. Kindly tell me After Gf n implant how much time it will take to recover. Is it getting recover ? Latest Xray is attached. Thank you

Sir my collar bone was broken while iam on bike and then go to our neighbour hospitals they said it will fix automatically but I have a doubt . It will fix automatically or need to operate it
