Fracture - COMMUNITED FRACTURE DISTAL 1/3RD TIBIA AND FIBULA

Surgery/Procedural details:

OPEN REDUCTION + INTERNAL FIXATION IM NAILING TIBIA (9X 345 MM,SYNTHES, TITANIUM) DONE UNDER SPINAL ANAESTHESIA ON 04/01/2022.

RIGHT SIDE

Surgery ke nearly 11 months ho chuke hai sir mere ghutne mai Rod chubhta hai aur kabhi kabhar dard hota hai limping hota hai thoda thoda aur bone bhi sayad nahi Jud raha hai..!

Kya mujhe bone grafting aur exchange nailing karwaleni chahiye plz bataaiye sir ??.?

Sir, My clavicle bone is broken what should I do I need your advice...

What should be the better step in such condition?

On 22th October, 2022 my clavicle and scabula got fractured due to a bike accident. Is it okay if it gets joined automatically? Or is there any better way to treat it so that no problem occurs in future?

Some doctors suggested that an operation can be conducted to straighten the clavicle, some said operation isn't needed. What's your suggestion?
