SIR I am facing knee pain on medial side sometimes.. . after acl reconstruction and medial meniscus repair 7 months POST OP is it normal... I am doing exercises properly quads are also developed ...Is it due to pattelar tendinitis in my knee I am facing now .....please please answer sir THANKYOU RESPECT ...
Sir whenever i bend my knee there is always a clicking sound is coming from medial side of my knee after acl and meniscus surgery...is it normal please tell....

सर मेरे घुटने में ACL, PCL, LCL & Peroneal nerve की सर्जरी 10 सप्ताह पहले हुई थी और मैंने Knee Bending 6 सप्ताह बाद शुरू की और अभी 120° तक घुटना मुड़ रहा है और Foot Drop भी 90% सही है।
सर कृपया मुझे यह बता दीजिये कि मुझे वॉकिंग कब से और कितनी START करनी है ??????
120° Bending के बाद कौनसी Exercises करनी हैं..???
और घुटने पर हल्की- हल्की सूजन क्यों है..??????
