Sir i have developed scar tissue around my opreated knee for acl and meniscus....how can I heal this..causing pain and discomfort in straightern the knee also facing problem in walking....please help sir THANKYOU

Lacking in rotational stability

Sir..I am 1 year post opreated for acl and meniscus... Done regular physio.....but it still feels little instablity while doing rotatory movements...feels pain on lateral and medial side of knee PLEASE HELP SIR...How can I overcome from this ....Thankyou..
