I done MRI and scannogram.

Please suggest and guide me what h can do?

Operation are mandatory or not in my case?

Hello Sir, I had an acl surgery and meniscus trim on 18th last month. Still pain is there. I am able to bend only 90 degree. Is it ok? Do I have to more aggressive. Also I feel instability in my knee. Buckling up still seems to be there. Kindly suggest what should I do?

Hello sir I am facing minuscus injury it's been 6 month,while wight bearings in gym in both knee,my right knee is heart a lot swaling as well pain is there inner side.Its seen in MRI grade 1 minuscus and grade 1 acl .shall I go for sergery? bcz it's been 6 month I am not able to do my normal work

Why do we have laxicity after 5 months of post ACL operation? Is it common or my quadriceps is weak? I didn't recognize properly. I am thinking my graft got loosen. By the time, It got strength or it would be remain like this?
