What i hav to do for full knee flexion
I had acl reconstruction surgery on 15 th december 2022. Now i am facing difficulties with full knee flexion. 15 degree gap to full knee flexion. Last 12 to 15 days i am trying but no Improvement.could u plz suggest me how i can get full knee flexion. Facing huge pain during knee flexion exercise.

एसीएल के इलाज को ज़्यादा let करना सही बात नहीं है । जब हम एसीएल ke इलाज को ज़्यादा लेट करते हैं तो इसमें मेनिस्कस और कार्टिलेज के ख़राब होने का डर बना रहता है इसलिए एसीएल का इलाज समय पर कर lena ही अच्छा रहता है कई बार जब एसीएल के इलाज को बहुत लेट किए जाता है कई बार आप दोबारा भी गिर जाते हैं और उनके दूसरे पैर में भी एसीएल टूटने का ख़तरा bana रहता है इसलिए एसीएल के ईलाज़ को ज़्यादा लेट नहीं करना चाहिए ॥
